We’re a Taiwan-based international fashion business, and we’re so happy to have customers from all around the world. 
Because our products are carefully priced while we work to maintain good quality, and because our products are sourced from different locations including Taiwan, Japan, Thailand and other international suppliers, international shipping costs can be higher than domestic shipping.
We want to be as transparent as possible so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.

If you're interested in an item but aren't sure about the size, fit, color, availability or anything else, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

We can check:

NOT SURE ABOUT YOUR SIZE?
No problem! You can send us a selfie or photo of yourself, together with your usual measurements or clothing size, and our team can help you choose the most suitable size based on the item's measurements and fit.
We can't guarantee a perfect fit because everyone's body shape and personal fit preference are different, but we're happy to give you our best recommendation.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Many items that are currently in stock can be prepared and shipped within approximately 24 hours.
However, some products may need to be ordered from our international factories or suppliers.
If an item is not currently in stock, restocking may take up to approximately 7 days before shipment, depending on supplier availability.
If you are in a hurry, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING.
Send us a screenshot of the item and we'll check the availability for you before you purchase.
International delivery times can vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, holidays and local postal services.

ONE-TIME EXCHANGE — NO SEASONAL EXPIRATION
We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us internationally.
For eligible items, we offer ONE EXCHANGE OPPORTUNITY PER ORIGINAL ORDER.
And here's the good part:
YOUR EXCHANGE DOES NOT EXPIRE BY SEASON.
You don't have to rush to choose another item immediately. You can take your time and wait until you find something you genuinely love.
Your approved exchange can be used toward another eligible item OF THE SAME VALUE.
If you choose something more expensive, you can simply pay the difference.
If you choose something less expensive, the remaining value can be provided as shopping credit, subject to applicable law and our policy.

4. INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Because international shipping costs are significantly higher than domestic shipping, we are unable to provide free international return shipping for exchanges caused by:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Choosing the wrong size
• Choosing a different color/style
For these situations, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.
Please CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK so we can confirm your eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

IF WE MADE A MISTAKE
If we send you:
• The wrong item
• The wrong color
• The wrong size
• A damaged item
• An item with a confirmed manufacturing defect
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM DIRECTLY TO US.

Photos of the packaging/shipping label
Your order number
Once we review and approve your case, we'll tell you exactly what to do next.
If the problem is confirmed to be OUR MISTAKE, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include: A replacement of the same item
OR An exchange for another item of the same value
OR Shopping credit
Depending on the item and circumstances, we may also provide ADDITIONAL SHOPPING CREDIT as a goodwill gesture.
If a return is required, the original item must be RETURNED TO US before the approved replacement or shopping credit is finalized.

PLEASE DON'T RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT CONTACTING US
This is very important.
Please DO NOT send a package back to us without contacting us first and receiving approval.
We need to review the situation, confirm the issue and provide the correct return address/instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

HYGIENE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate/hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, or removed from their original protective packaging/seal, except where required by applicable law.
Items must also have their original tags attached and be unworn, unused and in original condition to qualify for an eligible return or exchange.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer's responsibility unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

9. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
International packages may occasionally be delayed because of customs, local postal services, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll help you with the available tracking or carrier investigation process.
